Throughout the whole repair process, I was kept informed about the status of the fix, potential causes, what they're working on now, a huge wealth of information. Any concerns or questions I had were answered as quick as possible. I even had the head foreman talk to me about my car and the diagnosis process. That is awesome, and that is AMAZING service. I trusted them throughout the whole process and it really paid off.
