The after sales/delivery follow-up communications to see if I had any concerns, etc. Bottom line......I would strongly recommend this Ford dealer, its staff, and so far, the car itself. More

(Eric Reece, Shaun Booth, Mark Elliott, and Cath Brown for the financial side of it. All employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The made the car buying process, fun, stress free and incredibly easy. They found me the perfect vehicle at a great price. I could not be happier with my experience at Capital Ford and would highly recommend this dealership. I looked around at a few other ford locations and the service was no where near as good as it is here. I also found the prices at the other locations I went to where nowhere near as good.
