My sales person was very good at her job. She was knowledgeable and made me feel that I could trust her to get me the vehicle I wanted at the best price possible. As for the dealership, ther She was knowledgeable and made me feel that I could trust her to get me the vehicle I wanted at the best price possible. As for the dealership, there is a lot of room for improvement. The accounting personnel show little interest in the customer. They seem only interested in maximizing profits and attempt to do so in a sneaky way by not disclosing what all the numbers mean and where they come from. At lot of those numbers do not add up when looked at closely. Further to that Ford itself has some stupid policies when it comes to how a vehicle can be either leased or financed. Restrictions on how much cash and trade value that can be applied to a transaction are not in the best interest of the customer or the company. I felt as if they really didn’t care if I was satisfied or not. The only consideration was to get as much as possible for as little as possible. Business integrity seems to be a concept that is not part of the company/customer relationship any longer. I have bought 7 vehicles from this dealership over my lifetime and felt that in didn’t mean a thing to anyone. My wife has purchased 3 Mazdas for example and has been given extra consideration for being a loyal customer. Real financial benefit not just platitudes. I’m as satisfied as I I guess I could hope to be in this day and age but probably wouldn’t buy another vehicle from Ford. At least not without some serious consideration of other choices that might be available. These days vehicles are just to costly to not do so, I guess the words like loyalty and integrity should be remover from the language when it comes to financial transactions in this new me first world. At least if one has no such expectations then one will never feel disappointed or disillusioned. More

Had a great experience with Capital Lincoln. My experience started with Braiden who was tops.
