Great truck and great people It was time to upgrade my truck when I contacted Mark Elliott about getting a newer F-150 with fewer kilometres. We looked at several different options when I settled h my on picking up a used 2009 F-150 that was in great shape. Mark was easy to deal with, giving plenty of information for me to make the right decision. Everyone was great, including Cathy Brown in finance, and Michael Park who took time away from being the general manager of the store to make sure I was happy with my purchase (he gave me a really great deal!) Fantastic Service Bought an 2009 Ford F150 from Southland KIA, Medicine Hat ,Alberta, in 2014 as an trade in and soon I walked in the doors you can tell how disorganize Bought an 2009 Ford F150 from Southland KIA, Medicine Hat ,Alberta, in 2014 as an trade in and soon I walked in the doors you can tell how disorganized this dealership was, made me come back four different occasions for papper work. There was discrepancies on the inspection saying the vehicle passed and meanwhile a week later I had to take care of over $1000.00 of repairs. Plus they flat out lied to me on three occasions. Vowed I was done with dealerships.... Till January 2015, I wanted another truck with a smaller engine, lower interest rates. Drove by Capital Ford in Winnipeg when I saw a friend from inside the dealership, went in and he said he just started there not to long ago. Explained my situation, and my friend, "Tony Day" along with Jeff McDonnell, Shane, got me into an 2015 F150 XTR and 10.91% less then my first truck! Very helpful and friendly staff with excellent interpersonal skills unlike other dealerships I unfortunately delt with.
