From the time i opened the door at Capital Ford, i was greeted by friendly staff. We were offered cookies and coffee, and there was a no pressure feeling, which i really liked. We went into the show room, and Karen Freeman the receptionist greeted us, very pleasant to talk to, very helpful, and courteous, called a sales person to the show room and Will Castro came and introduced himself asked what we were interested in, and in no time he brought a vehicle to the side door, showed me every thing about the car, then took the car around the building and explained it all to my wife, very pleasant, and extremely helpful. Tried his best to get the best price for us. The sales manager Jeff Mcdonnal came and spoke with us and said they would do what ever was needed to make us a happy customer. Will then introduced us to Jacqueline Broesky who seemed to be kind and very helpful and very pleasant. We said we had never ever been treated this good from any dealership, that we had ever bought a car from. We left several dealerships in the City that became very aggressive and tried to push us into buying a car that we were not interested in. Wow what an experience! More
