Greg, my sales consultant, and his team exceeded all my expectations in terms of speed, respect, and ease of negotiation. What truly set them apart was their remarkable offer to let me take the vehicle home for a thorough and peaceful test drive, with no obligation to sign. This level of trust and customer service is something I haven’t encountered elsewhere. Nathaniel, the Sales Manager’s approval process was swift and reflected a deep understanding of customer satisfaction. Justine, the Finance Manager, deserves special mention. She made what is usually a tedious task into a straightforward and pleasant experience, providing clear information and answering all our questions with patience and expertise. I went into the dealership with the idea of buying a new vehicle but figured I would just look around first. Braiden was fantastic with creating a very welcoming, no pressure environment. disappointed in SAL warranty coverage that was purchased at the time of vehicle will not cover transmission work that needs to be done. No support from Ted the salesman and Reg who say there is no further at the time of vehicle will not cover transmission work that needs to be done. It is a total Gimmick to get warranty on used luxury vehicles. Very disappointed. More

They tricked us into coming in by posting a truck online that didn’t even exist! We booked a test drive and somehow they couldn’t find it on the lot. Stolen??? And then she proceeded to tell us the pictur that didn’t even exist! We booked a test drive and somehow they couldn’t find it on the lot. Stolen???
