Relaxed Exceptional Customer Service I arrived in Winnipeg and ended up at another dealership by mistake, I left feeling overwhelmed, pressured and discouraged about getting a vehicle. I was about to head home when the road I needed to take to get to the highway went right past Captial Ford, it was about an hour before closing, I figured what the heck, it can't be worse than the dealership I was at earlier AND IT WASN"T! It was miles above the experience I had earlier in the day.When I walked in Zain was friendly and welcoming, I was still feeling frustrated and wary. Zain and Eric worked to make me feel at ease. Listened to what I had to say before responding. Let me know what they had that I was looking for, not what they wanted to sell. Once I decided on what vehicle I wanted Zain set up an appointment to test drive for the next morning. Even though I had shown up near closing Zain, Eric or Rob did not rush me so they could close on time, they worked with me. Purchasing my Red 2013 Ford Edge has been the best buying experience. Best salesman and experience I was speaking to Mark Elliot since a couple months before my actual purchase. Through the e-mails that we exchanged, I could already realize that he I was speaking to Mark Elliot since a couple months before my actual purchase. Through the e-mails that we exchanged, I could already realize that he wasn't that stereotyped salesman that would do anything for a sales and nothing about your experience, he was always very knowledgble and willing to help. So when the good opportunity came and a car caught my eye at Capital Ford, I immiediately got in touch with him and, on the day after he gave me an amazing test drive experience and the deal that I asked for, so I was sold. Also a big shout out to Jeff, Capital Ford's Sales manager, which was supportive on the deal. As a post buyer experience, Capital Ford also did everything as promised and got my new exhaust installed without any hassles, even giving me a loaner car for the days that the service was being done, so kudos for Cynthia Schmidt and for both ladies that works as a cashier at the service department who also took good care of me. Summarizing, my experience with Mark and Capital Ford was a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking for a intelligent and amazing buying experience. More

Unfortunately it did not pass the safety but Capital Ford went the extra mile and covered all the costs for repair. When the vehicle needed further repair it was covered under extended warranty. He had the truck I wanted to see waiting for me out from of the store. He explained the truck and features in great deal without feeling like I was being sold to. Makes you feel like your friends within minutes of meeting him. The sales experience was also very good. He took the time to introduce us the service and parts teams. When we picked up the truck, he also took the time to explain how to use all the technology and the went through more details of the truck. autopac claim I brought my brand new 2015 Ford Focus in for service after I had been hit in a parking lot. The service was fast and they gave my an equitable replacement car for the night. Which my autopac covered. I picked up my car without incident. Then was called at a later date by the service department telling me that the part was not up to Autopac's standard. (my car had 1600 km on it). They tried to get me back in but couldn't promise a replacement , I find this ridiculous as they are the one's who didn't fix it right and Autopac paid for my replacement. I told them I would need a replacement and was told they were very busy and would get back to me. That was a couple months ago. I am not impressed with this service. I have been a customer at Landau Lincoln for close to 30 years. I assumed I would receive the same service from Capital. More
