We purchased a used car here on September 25, 2024. The car had a Hail claim they would repair before pickup. Twenty six days later I reviewed the sales document, and discovered that they had added $799 to the purchase price of the car, without me noticing, and not being told about any extra fees. I was asked, if I wanted any extra coverage, and I quickly said no, before the paperwork began. On November 6, 2024 I received a four page very small print contract, in the mail, from a company in Alberta. It is coverage that I was not told about, and did not want. Essentially it covers me for road hazards for 3 years, at $894.88, which I am already covered for with Autopac with $200 Deductable, if anything like that should happen. In 56 years of driving, I've made no such claims. I wanted that coverage cancelled but was refused. On November 14, 2024, Our car was delivered to us, after seven weeks getting minor hail damage fixed. We are very happy with the car. It turned out nicely. But we still feel Ripped off. More

Your phone system, I am leaving a review on your phone system. I needed to contact your parts department and was not able to. every number I tried said "we are currently closed, call back at 9:00am" d system. I work with a fleet of vehicles and have dealt with all your departments many times. This reflects badly on your dealership if we in the fleet industry are unable to reach you.
