I have been buying vehicles from Mark Elliot since 2017, and it has always been a pleasure. The first was trading in my 2012 Focus and upgrading to a 2017 Edge. Unfortunately that didn't last as long as I and it has always been a pleasure. The first was trading in my 2012 Focus and upgrading to a 2017 Edge. Unfortunately that didn't last as long as I had wanted as I was in a total loss accident with the Edge after three months. When the accident happened, one of my first phone calls was to Mark because I *needed* a vehicle, and as soon as the insurance came through, he got me situated into a 2018 Edge with more bells and whistles. Two years later I found myself needing a heavy hauler and traded the Edge in for a 2018 Explorer, and once I no longer needed something that big, I was able to settle in to my current vehicle, my 2021 Escape Titanium. Mark came to the rescue when I needed it and has always helped me get in to the right vehicle. Its nice having a sales guy who doesn't push and always offers the right fit. More
