They how to be effecient and to be respectful of the customer's time (including: 1) on day of delivery - starting with the business office, then showing and teaching us about the vehicle's operation and features while the Peter finalized the paperwork before we went back and signed everything; 2) teaching the essentials on delivery day but also offering for us to return for another half hour later to learn about the more advanced features - if we so desired. Mark has also diligently checked in and followed up once we took delivery of our vehicle. We are very pleased with our new 2022 Ford Escape PHEV (plug-in hybrid).
