I was originally looking for a used vehicle and didn't have a good idea of what I wanted beyond 'SUV'. Sara worked with me to show me all the options available, then demonstrated all the incentives for purchasing new vs used, bringing a new car into my budget. I was asked intelligent questions, given tons of emotional and informative support and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or purchase. The staff assisted me with importing my trade in and answered all of my questions and worked with my scheduling and timeline without batting an eye. They were supportive and informative and I feel like I will have a relationship with the dealership for the life of my truck. Top of my list! I purchased a used Lincoln from Capital ford and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. I was looked after by Irv and Blayne in a very profession I purchased a used Lincoln from Capital ford and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. I was looked after by Irv and Blayne in a very professional manner. At no point was I made to feel that I was being pressured. There was a small glitch with a second key but Blayne looked after it and made sure that it was resolved at my easiest convenience.
