After speaking with Brent on the Internet, I made an appointment, filled the on-line Crédit App and stopped by the dealership to browse available pre-owned vehicles. AJ and Mike wrre a great help with information on the available options, test drives and vehicle backgrounds. Next, I worked with Tylor and Mohammed to arrange a deal that was inline with my budget. All was finalized within two days and I drove away with my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe XL. (AJ even came in on his day off to give me a hand in preparing the vehicle). Looking for a new vehicle After not having a new vehicle for about ten years, I randomly threw it out there to Blair that we should purchase a new SUV. Ideally my first pick wa After not having a new vehicle for about ten years, I randomly threw it out there to Blair that we should purchase a new SUV. Ideally my first pick was a Cadillac. Then after some research on the web, we thought maybe a Buick or Lincoln. We prefer to shop local as most companies in Estevan give lots back to the community. Blair went to the local gm dealer - which has a very bad rep in town for after service and is the sole reason that our trucks are fords. Said dealer is not certified to work on Cadillacs so that idea went out the window and Blair then asked about the Buick SUV. They then tried pushing a traverse on Blair. Blair then came home and got me so that he could take me to the gm dealer. I wasn't in the dealership for more than 8 minutes - and I took a phone call during this time - they tried to push the traverse on us and not even try find us a Buick. We then left and Blair went to work. I continued to the local Ford dealer - senchuk ford. I started to talk to mark about the Lincoln and he admitted that rick knew more about them so we found rick - as this dealer isn't a Lincoln dealer. Rick was more than happy to help me find what I was looking for, he even called the dealer to give them a heads up that we would be coming to visit. Rick also told me that they could service and fix a Lincoln product for us locally - saving us a two or three hour drive for service. This brought us to Capitol Lincoln, where everyone we encountered from phone calls, online inquires, emails and the fine folks on site, were nice, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, eager, personable and the list goes on. More

Listened To Our Wishes We loved our previous vehicle and it served us well for 10 years. But my physical needs had changed and we needed an SUV that would work for us both. We loved our previous vehicle and it served us well for 10 years. But my physical needs had changed and we needed an SUV that would work for us both. We began our search weeks ago, by simply driving around the dealership from the front of the lot to the back. While we were paused, Randy came out to greet us and inquired if he could help. We told him that we were just looking (which was true), but in any event we were searching for a vehicle - new or used - that possessed some very specific traits. He listened carefully, asked if we would be willing to give our names and phone number and he would do some research and see what he could find. (He did call. Unfortunately he had not found an SUV that would give us what we were after, but he would keep checking.) Fast forward a few weeks. We knew about the Edge and the Escape and committed ourselves to actually going into the Showroom to check them both out. Logan approached us and was very helpful in showing us the vehicles inside and out, allowing me as much time as I wished. We were unaware of salesman protocol until I mentioned that my husband had stopped in one day. Logan stopped, checked our names, and referred us immediately to Randy who came from the east building to the main one in order to assist us further. We never felt pressured. We were in control of the situation right from the beginning. After some pro and con discussion, Randy found a vehicle that fit our needs and brought it for us to inspect and test drive. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process - from salesman to finance to car detailing on a subsequent day. (We received a courtesy drive to and from a destination of our choosing while the process happened.) I hope our vehicle is one that will rarely need servicing other than oil, tires and the occasional battery, but knowing that these guys are only 20 minutes away if something goes wrong is wonderful and a huge relief. More
