Pleasant people and surroundings. Took my 2014 Escape Titanium to Capital Ford for it's regular oil change.Met Tim Drake in the showroom.Had a pleasant chat with Tim. A 2019 Escape Sel Took my 2014 Escape Titanium to Capital Ford for it's regular oil change.Met Tim Drake in the showroom.Had a pleasant chat with Tim. A 2019 Escape Sel was in the showroom.Tim offered to have my 2014 evaluated as a trade, then we worked out the numbers.Gage McGuire did the financial paperwork.I drove it home that afternoon.I subsequently had a couple of error light warnings on the SEL. One error involved the airbags,which required ordering a replacement sensor.The evening after this was fixed I got a check belt error, which required ordering a new seat belt buckle.The service staff were excellent,although I do not recall their names.I have dealt at Capitol Ford for 5 years and my experiences there have always been excellent. All of the ford employees were straight up amazing to work with. Very helpful and thorough even though I rushed everyone. 6 vehicles to date in 10 years. I am always treated with respect and everyone appears to do what's right. They also put up with my sometimes sassy attitude and take it all in stride. The process can be long and daunting (I am not quite sure why buying a vehicle takes 6 hours) but with that said, with every purchase the time doesn't actually feel that long. Craig has now been part of 5 out of my 6 purchases and he is a large reason I continue to come back. Even though I gave Jeff and Gage (spelling) a hard time...they took it well and were incredibly gracious! Craig is used to me by now which means he knows how to handle me with out leaving me with the sense of being handled which is often how salesman tend to make me feel. I would and do HIGHLY recommend Capital Ford! Great job guys! And just a side note...I rarely give survey answers 100% in the positive and never 5 stars...only exceptional service earns that kind of rating! More
