My father has dealt with Capital since 1962 even before it was called Capital. He spoke highly of personnel and service. That of course was enough for me. When I walked in I was met by Wade LaForge and Jeff. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but new how much I could afford. The Escape was 1st on my list. Wade was so patient with me. This was my 1st brand new car and that is a big decision for a senior. When we couldn't find something on the lot he went online and found me a vehicle that at that moment was in transit to another dealership somewhere in Saskatchewan. He went to work to get it for me. He then drove up to the dealership and and brought it back for me. He knew I was leaving on a trip and would liked to have had my new Escape to drive. I felt bad as I took up at least 5 hours of his time one day, because I couldn't make a decision. He was so kind and understanding and didn't try to rush me. Between him and my husband they surprised me with my new vehicle the day before I was to Leave. Wade called and said he needed me to come in as their were some things we had to talk about and of course he couldn't tell me over the phone. Walla, he had my car. I think he went above and beyond what he needed to do. Took me to get my license and explained everything to me, sometines at least twice. I felt like he new the joy I was experiencing and it all had to do with him. I can't thank you enough Wade for your time and patience and I will be promoting you to everyone I talk to. We went on a day of one of their big sales, so we understand that it was busy. But we waited around for 20-25 minutes before anyone helped us. we had even called a head and booked an appointment. We went into Les's office and told him our price range and what kind of vehicle we liked, he took us outside and got us into a new vehicle. It was a long day, 5 hours! too long! we should of left because we were there so long but we liked the car and Les kept us entertained with stories, I'm sure it was a long day for him as well. We do like the vehicle that we got, but we don't feel that we were dealt with effeciently as it did take 5 hours! We had a bad experience with the finance department when extended warranty was added to the car without or complete knowledge of what was going on. We had to go back in the next week and redo the finances to remove the extended warranty. We got there and the paper work was ready for us to sign, and well as a cheque for the un-needed frustration that we had experienced the week before. We appreciate that capital Ford went out of the way to help satisify us as customers. More
While looking for a new truck and having shopped around for trucks for quite some time, I entered the Capital and was greeted by Wade. First impression was this sales man isn’t like any other; he was down for trucks for quite some time, I entered the Capital and was greeted by Wade. First impression was this sales man isn’t like any other; he was down to earth and eager to help and wasn’t pushy like a “regular” salesman. Wade listened carefully and ask question to narrow down the information for my wants/needs in a truck. Upon hearing my request Wade’s knowledge about the trucks he was selling was extreme apparent. When finally deciding on a truck after a late night at the dealership both Wade and the sales manager Jeff where there and weren’t trying to rush me in my decision because the night was growing long. Both spent their evening with me closing the deal on the truck, extremely helpful while finalizing all of the information and forms. After taking advantage of the $1000 worth of accessories, the behind the scenes work was on to have the truck to me by the next day. Customer appreciations is extremely visible at this dealership, not only were we treated with some little extras, Wade was extremely accommodating by letting me know how my truck was coming along with the extra accessories, through text message which was the best means of communication for me. The next day just as promised my truck was ready for me, not only did Wade check in through text message but met me at the dealership to introduce me to my new truck on his day off. As we arrived my nice new shinny truck was sitting out front waiting for me. Wade was ready and greeted us with a smile, while in his office we went through the trucks manuals and finished up some more paper work, Wade then introduced me to the diesel service manager a little extra that shows he goes above and beyond and cares about his customers. The attention to detail while going through the feature of the truck was extremely helpful and made me even more excited about the new truck. Wades quick wit was extremely fitting for mine and my girlfriends’ sense of humour; he made it feel like we have known him for years. In closing there is not a single complaint about Wade that comes to mind. Not only will I be coming back in years time for a new truck I have already highly recommended him as an extremely great sales person too many other people, and have not failed to mention the great service I encountered. We were just looking when we drove onto the lot at Capital Ford, although did know what we were looking for. We were impressed with the selection of both new and used vehicles and found a used Expedi Capital Ford, although did know what we were looking for. We were impressed with the selection of both new and used vehicles and found a used Expedition we were interested in. We were introduced to Michael Miller, who spend quite a bit of time with us as we looked at the vehicle, took it for a drive, and debated the purchase. We hadn't really planned on making a purchase right away, but finding the right vehicle at a reasonable price, and being served by such a friendly and helful guy convinced us that the time was right. Throughout the whole process all the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful in every way. Sure they wanted to make a sale, but it seemed that they knew the meaning of the word service. When we purchased the vehicle the air bag light was on, but they promised to get that fixed for us. Unfortunately there were some delays and confusion about the repair, but it now has been done. To get it done Michael actually drove all the way out to pick up the Expedition and brought it back, leaving us with a Fusion to drive during the repair. The repaid has been done, and to make up for the issues they threw in a new GPS unit. So the end result is that we have a vehicle that we are very please with at a fair price, and have seen that Capital Ford is a dealership that does stand behind their committments and is willing to go the extra mile in customer service. I have had to take my 2010 Ford Focus in for some warranty work (some replacements to the suspension in the front end and a rear window replacement (as one of the defrost lines on it was not working) warranty work (some replacements to the suspension in the front end and a rear window replacement (as one of the defrost lines on it was not working) as well as a few other issues. Brian has always been my service adviser and I wouldn't want it any other way. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and has always exercised extreme patience with me as due to my work schedule it is hard for both of us to find common times to get the service performed. As well whenever my vehicle has been in the shop Brian has always made arrangements for me to use one of the dealerships loaners or a rental until my vehicle was serviceable again. I have always received fantastic service and I will always take my vehicle to him since I know it will get the best level of attention and care possible. More

I remember the first time I came to Capital Ford, to be honest I walked around the showroom before anyone even looked at me (once again I believe this was because of my young age) and then Craig Livingston walked over and asked if he could help and a strong relationship was born. Craig never once pressured me; he is very informative and knowledgeable of the products offered by Capital Ford, communicated in a respective and kind matter, and was patient with me (as this was my first major purchase ever). It took multiple trips to Capital Ford before I would even sit down and talk about the financial side of things but when I was ready Craig introduced me to Jeff Longley and once again a strong relationship was born. Jeff is, of course, very knowledgeable of the product, after all he has been in the industry for 10+ years, and is very professional yet personal at the same time, and very respectful as well. At first when I arrived at Capital Ford I was looking to purchase a new 2010 Ford Fusion SEL AWD, and being young, I really wanted to get the car as I was just starstruck by it (which was so far out of my price range) and both Jeff and Craig shared their personal experiences with me about concerning purchasing cars and through their wisdom I came to understand that the Fusion was just out of my price range and it would have been a mistake to have purchased it. They could have both sold me that car (which cost approx $34,000) and I would have signed on the dotted line at that point because I was so starstruck by it but they cautioned me that it may not be a good idea. Well after giving up the Fusion I was a little discouraged but not beaten, at that point Craig then suggested that a Focus might be better for my needs at this particular point in my life. Then once again he was patient with me while I considered my options and in the end I decided that a 2010 Ford Focus SES was just right for me and I was extremely happy that Craig and Jeff talked me back into my senses. When it came to financing, I couldn't obviously do it on my own as at 19 I didn't have any credit to speak of so my grandmother graciously offered to Guarantor the loan for me. At this point Jeff and Craig introduced us to Jason Prenevost who is a charming, witty, and extremely funny individual who is also very knowledgeable about his trade. Now my grandmother was never a Ford fan, she is a firm believer in Fix Or Repair Daily, and she wasn't excited that I was purchasing a Ford but Jason was key in warming her up to the idea with his charming and witty attitude and jokes. It was a very painless process, he even pulled a few strings to get the best possible interested rate for me. In the end I came thought the process with a 2010 Ford Focus SES, a fantastic car that I enjoy driving, and these three individuals above restored my faith in the car sales industry just by showing me the same kind of respect, professionalism, and kindness that they would show to their own flesh and blood (even thought I'm 19 and very impressionable). 5 / 5 rating guys, fantastic job and thanks again! All I can say is I know where and who I'm going to when I want to upgrade! More
What I liked the most about dealing with Capital Ford and Wade LaForge is no time was wasted. I knew what I was likely to get for a trade in and what the truck I wanted should cost.
