I walked into Ford with a specific car in mind. I explained to Ryan what I was willing to pay and what the max was that I could pay. We test drove the car and I knew it was the car I wanted. We discussed a reasonable trade-in price for my current car and decided to work out the financing. When the financing came back, it was beyond what I was willing to pay for the car. Ryan understood my limits and what I wanted so he decided to show me similar cars in the range I was looking for. I came back from a test drive and Ryan and the finance team at Ford worked their magic and crunched the numbers so I could get the original car I wanted. They went above and beyond to get me THE car I wanted. The experience was about me, what I wanted and what I was looking for. There wasn't a moment when Ryan and the team at Ford made it about them. I had a great experience there and I'm comfortable knowing that I'll continue to get my vehicles from Ford from here on out. More

Being that it was my first time ever walking into a car dealership, I was very nervous. John and I had spoke on the phone and arranged to meet. I found the dealership to be impressive with tons of options on the lot and several amenities inside the building for my family and I. I was less impressed with the wait to get my vehicle (extra 2 days) and the lack of preparedness when I came to pick it up (i.e. no floor mats, no gas in the tank, no second key). This being said, staff quickly fixed the problems when it was brought to their attention. The mats were even delivered to my door. I love the Escape!! Thanks for the good experience guys!! I will be back in the future and I will also be recommending the dealership to my friends and family. More
