This was our first time buying a brand new vehicle and our previous used buying experience left us dreading having to buy another vehicle. We contacted the dealership online and Brock F was very quick our previous used buying experience left us dreading having to buy another vehicle. We contacted the dealership online and Brock F was very quick in contacting us and filled us in on current sales (invoice pricing) and also set us up with Ryan B. Upon enerting the dealership we were immediately greeted and Ryan was there waiting for us to arrive. Ryan was awesome to work with, he was very friendly and found a way to relate to us and understand why we wanted a new vehicle. He asked lots of important questions and was very honest in giving his opinion for what would work best for us. Because he is a non-commission paid employee, Ryan wasn't trying to get as much money out of us as possible which is what happened in our last buying experience. He made sure we understood all the bells and whistles of the new vehicle before we drove away. We were happy that he was willing to work with us for the whole 5 hours we were there! Brittany V set up our financing and also was very friendly and found the best possible option for interest rates. She explained all of the paperwork we were signing and was very professional. Not once was I pressured into anything, they listened to what I had to say and wanted and tailored their services to fit my needs. They were very detailed and dedicated to making sure I knew all the features and different aspects of my car. Buying a car can be stressful and trying, this was not the case at all! I had great service and still do when I bring my car in. Its a good feeling when a year later, I can walk into the dealership and all three of the people that helped me still know my name and what car I bought. They presented me with a fair quote and even delivered the vehicle to me 250 km away from their dealership, on a Sunday, on Grey Cup Sunday in fact!. They took the time to show me the many features and helped me through the registration process.They followed up with me more than once to ensure I was satisfied. The only reason that I have not rated them as great in every catagory is that I have not dealt with them beyond the initial purchase and cannot speak to service, warranty, or any other future issues. So far I'm impressed. Good job. More
I recently purchased a new 2010 Ford F150 Lariat from Capital Ford. The dealership is approx 250 kms away from my home. Mandy was very good to deal with as she provided me more useful information than I expected. I can not say enough good points about dealing with Mandy via email as she went the extra mile to look after my requests. Jeff Longley, Capital Business Manager contacted me to ensure that the F150 included everything I wanted for add on options and he was able to have the truck ready for me very quickly. Jeff arranged to have Wade Laforge, Capital Product Specialist,look after me when I arrrived in Regina. I had forgotten to add one option but Wade had the option added in a very short period of time. Wade was very good at showing me the detials about the truck and he made sure I was comfortable with the entire purchasing experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a postive, quick, to the point, non-pushy dealership to purchase a Ford product to contact Mandy, Jeff and Wade at Capital Ford in Regina.
