My husband and I have dealt with numerous car dealerships over the years but not one of them was as great as Capital. The car we just bought was the second one from Ryan (and there will be a third). He is honest, down to earth, caring and “listening” salesman. Not once was he pushy or forceful. He wanted to truly hear what WE wanted in a second vehicle too find one that would work for our whole family. He let us take as much time as we wanted and answered all of our questions. He was also kind enough to point out some things we didn’t think about and I am happy he did. He put us in a car that works for all of us. A new career opportunity brought me to the friendly city of Regina, Saskatchewan. I was here only a few days and I walked into Capital Ford Lincoln in search for a used vehicle. Having seen a car on autotrader.com I had called Wade Laforge in advance to set up a test drive. Even though it was a Ford dealership, they had a used VW car for sale that I was interested in. When I arrived, Wade immediately greeted me. I explained what I was looking for. His warm demeanor immediately made me feel like he sincerely wanted to help. The car was in exceptional shape and at a price that I was comfortable with. However I still wanted to shop around the city before making the ‘all important’ decision. The funny thing was, out of all the dealerships I went to…and there were many…Wade was the only one who followed up with phone calls to see if I had any questions or needed any more assistance. He even went so far to show me other cars on the lot that may also be a good fit. The fact that he was professional and accessible at all times made me confident that my decision to purchase the car through him was the right one. Not one of those other salespeople ever followed through the way Wade did. Capital Ford Lincoln is very lucky to have a salesperson who offers such a high level of customer service! I looked at the car on a Tuesday and by Friday I made my decision and one I will not regret. I love my 2007 VW Golf and so grateful that Wade was there to help me through the purchase of my car. We have always owned Toyota products. We visited several dealers in Regina and tested high end vehicles. To our surprise, the best vehicle we drove was the Ford Edge.
