My wife and I were looking for a used car for her as her old one was near death. We were greeted fairly promptly. After we asked for assistance they sent Nick up very promptly and he brought us into his office to talk to us about what we wanted and needed. Nick was very good at pointing out things that we had overlooked and helping us figure out exactly what our price range was based on our desired monthly payment. He also was kind enough to give us all the time we needed to decide. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into the sale at all. We ended up selecting a very nice 2009 Ford Focus that we are very happy with. Thank you!! More

This dealership handled everything to do with our sale with professionalism. When we have went into many dealerships prior to finding Capital there was always the pressure of take this vehicle lets get st with professionalism. A new career opportunity brought me to the friendly city of Regina, Saskatchewan. I was here only a few days and I walked into Capital Ford Lincoln in search for a used vehicle. Having seen a car on autotrader.com I had called Wade Laforge in advance to set up a test drive. Even though it was a Ford dealership, they had a used VW car for sale that I was interested in. When I arrived, Wade immediately greeted me. I explained what I was looking for. His warm demeanor immediately made me feel like he sincerely wanted to help. The car was in exceptional shape and at a price that I was comfortable with. However I still wanted to shop around the city before making the ‘all important’ decision. The funny thing was, out of all the dealerships I went to…and there were many…Wade was the only one who followed up with phone calls to see if I had any questions or needed any more assistance. He even went so far to show me other cars on the lot that may also be a good fit. The fact that he was professional and accessible at all times made me confident that my decision to purchase the car through him was the right one. Not one of those other salespeople ever followed through the way Wade did. Capital Ford Lincoln is very lucky to have a salesperson who offers such a high level of customer service! I looked at the car on a Tuesday and by Friday I made my decision and one I will not regret. I love my 2007 VW Golf and so grateful that Wade was there to help me through the purchase of my car.
