I came to capital ford not having a clue about what i wanted, all i knew is that i wanted something new and cool. I luckily stumbled upon Ali who just so happened to know everything he should know about wanted, all i knew is that i wanted something new and cool. I luckily stumbled upon Ali who just so happened to know everything he should know about new and cool vehicles. i was really impressed on how friendly Ali was when dealing with a confused teenager who didnt really know what he wanted, i also liked how knowledgeable and honest he was with all the different cars that he showed me and how he was able to dumb down all the car jargon so i could understand what he was saying. so i was pretty much in first time buyers heaven when dealing with Ali because he really took the time to understand what i wanted and what i was using it for, he didn't just jump right into the high priced mustangs and shoo me away just like a piece of dust, instead he was super friendly and got to know me and showed me everything i needed to know about everything. The only downside was trying to decide what car i should get because he made every one sound to good to be true! I also liked how it was important to him that i got the best deal i possibly could and how he was always happy and always nice and a good down to earth dude the whole time while dealing with him. I would highly recommend Ali Tunio to any buyer who doesnt really know what they want, or to any person who does know what they want but wants excellent customer service when doing so. More
I took my truck in for some warranty work to the service dept. at Capital Ford - I have never been more impressed with a Service Dept. at a dealership. They went Above and Beyond in my opinion! I went in due to the fact that my upper ball joint was in need of replacement on my truck (which I purchased used less than 6 months ago), not only did they replace my ball joint, they replaced the other ball joint as well and did some research on my truck and discovered a bulletin regarding my transmission. He reconfigured my transmission and as I drove off - I was amazed! My truck drove FANTASTIC! Thank you Brian for the wonderful service! GREAT JOB! More

Wade was a really good salesperson. Very knowledgable about the vehicles. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few different vehicles that would fit what we wanted. The vehicle we purchased was going to be ready the next day. I couldn't go back until Wednesday which was Wade's day off. He came in to meet me at the dealership anyway and helped me switch all my stuff over to the new truck from the vehicle we traded in. He also came down to SGI with me to make sure everything went ok with the license plate registration. He also took me and introduced me to the service people before I left. Overall, very happy with our experience buying from Wade. We will defiantly go back there next time we need another vehicle. More
Called Wade at Capital Ford and enquired about 2011 F150 Platinum. Wade took time to verify truck was available and had all options requested. I sent photos of my truck that I wanted to trade and Wade respo Platinum. Wade took time to verify truck was available and had all options requested. I sent photos of my truck that I wanted to trade and Wade responded quickly with a trade in price. Wade and I made a deal over the phone seeing I am from Edmonton Alberta. Wade had accessories installed on truck and ready to go when I arrived from Edmonton. Between Wade and Dave the paperwork was effortless. Service was excellent compaired to other dealerships I dealt with. Wade called a few days later to see how my trip back was and if any concerns with anything. Keep up the professional attitude. More
