My wife needed a new vehicle and we went looking around town and stopped in at Capital Ford in Regina. We spoke to Derek and he was very polite and not pushy at all. If we didn't know how to use it he again explained it very carefully so when the time came to pick up the car he again explained everything to us very politely and I must say that Derek takes real pride in his job and Capital Ford should be very proud having him on their team.. I live 4 hours from Regina so asked Harry to pick one for me that he thought was best. He sent me pictures,we agreed on a price and financing was conducted over the phone. The car was then delivered to our home town (4 hours).we signed the paperwork and financing at McDonalds in 5 minutes. It was so easy and the car was just as Harry said. Had the car not been to my liking when I saw it, they would have taken it back was our understanding. I am very happy with Harry and the whole process.
