We found a vehicle on the internet and called in about it. As the vehicle was in transit it had not arrived by the time we got there, so we started asking if they could get the same vehicle but in differe it. I felt that the staff at the Capital Ford Dealership appeared to love their job and treat the customer very well. When waiting for financial approval, the guys took me out for lunch with them, which I thought was above and beyond customer expectations. They were consistently offering me something to drink and making sure I was comfortable at all times. The price of the vehicle seemed very reasonable compared to other dealerships I had previously visited. I would definately visit this dealership again or recommend it to family and friends.
