My test drive experience was absolutely terrible. I asked to drive two vehicles for comparison purposes, but when I arrived, only one vehicles was available. If we didn't know how to use it he again explained it very carefully so when the time came to pick up the car he again explained everything to us very politely and I must say that Derek takes real pride in his job and Capital Ford should be very proud having him on their team..
