I had a recommendation to have the service work done from the Fast Lane and it was not urgent so I was able to link in with the change out of my winter tires. I had been looking around for an Escape for some time and was hesitant to go to a dealership to get one, as I thought the cost would be high and the pressure to buy would be great. I made an appointment with was hesitant to go to a dealership to get one, as I thought the cost would be high and the pressure to buy would be great. I made an appointment with Craig to test drive an Escape I had found on the internet. I was still a bit leary as I walked in the dealership. I think because we all have a mindset that the sales staff will be all over us and pushing hard to get the sale. Not so. Craig is great! He is a fun guy who is interested in making sure you get what you want and like. We went for the test drive then back to his office to go over numbers. The price was unbeatable, as was Craig. I bought the Escape. I really enjoyed the process with him, he is the best in my books. Just a great guy, he shows he cares and has been there for me after the sale when I have questions. Undoubtedly I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks for everything! More

His friendly, courteous and professional manner facilitated our exchanges throughout. I presented him with our wish list (model and options etc,), approximate budget etc. and he then checked the inventory for any vehicles which closely matched our criteria. He showed us the two units on the lot that most closely matched what we were looking for, and even offered to show us the 2011-King Ranch Ecoboost which had the max towing pkg. I wanted. Unfortunately, the two 2012's were not exactly what we wanted and the 2011 was just too fancy for our needs and about $10,000 over our budget (with trade-in). We then took one of the 2012's for a drive and we were both very impressed with its functionality, decor and power. At that time we returned to the office and Joe offed us drinks which were much appreciated. My wife and I decided that we should run the numbers with trade-in on a factory - ordered unit. That was when Adrien Denis came in with the trade-in value and he built us our dream truck on-line. Amazingly we came up with the same figures and we agreed on an All - IN cash price for the new ordered unit. I left the deposit, signed a couple papers and it was a done deal. Adrien worked out the lowest cost for what I wanted and I was happy to give him his profit margin. Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Can`t wait to get the truck. See you all soon.
