We had purchased the pro pack to protect the interior and exterior of the car, But we had it put on 5 days after the purchase, and even when I brought the car back, He made sure I was confident with the new functions on the car, and even hooked up my cell phone with the blue tooth in the car. I called and spoke to Craig about getting a fairly new vehicle. I didn't want brand new as their value drops so quickly after purchase.
