I was looking for a used car. I had done some research and had decided that a Mazda 3 was what I wanted. I researched online and found that Capital Ford in Regina had a used 2012 Mazda 3 for the same pric and had decided that a Mazda 3 was what I wanted. I researched online and found that Capital Ford in Regina had a used 2012 Mazda 3 for the same price as a 2011 Mazda 3(same car-just one year difference) at the Mazda dealership in Regina. Capital Ford certainly has the best website that I found. Wendy promptly replied to my inquiry. Jon was curteous and friendly and had the car at the door right after I arrived. There was no pressure. My options were explained, again no pressure applied. Jon is a fantastic Ford employee. He didn't push a Ford product at all but managed to mention Ford vehicles several times. I'd hire him in a minute! And, I will be looking at Ford first next time I want a car. More

I went to Capital looking for a new FX4 and at first was disappointed when they didn't have anyting on the lot I was interested in. Both Jon and Adrien were excellent right from the start of the process to the finish. Martin took care of the money part and that was just as easy. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again and recommmend them to others. The only problem is I don't think I need a new vehicle anytime soon as this one is perfect! More

Unfortunately, I had an accident and needed to start looking for a vehicle almost instantly. As I shopped around to other dealerships, I felt that I was not listened to and there were times when I did n looking for a vehicle almost instantly. As I shopped around to other dealerships, I felt that I was not listened to and there were times when I did not feel that I had a choice of what I may purchase. Other dealers seemed to be pushy, didn't really care as to what I wanted in a car and were not looking out for my well-being. When I met with Craig, he listened to what I was looking for, respected my price range and gave me suggestions on what to purchase. He went out of his way a number of times to accommodate me and I felt comfortable always when I was dealing with him. As well, he followed up after my vehicle was bought and if there were any issues he got them taken care of in a quick manner. I have recommended him to other people and I know that when they have worked with Craig they were very pleased with the service. A great experience. Called Harry during the week, and by the weekend purchased my first vehicle. When I first spoke to Harry with details of what I was looking for, he sent pictures and emails within days the weekend purchased my first vehicle.
