Upon finding a potential vehicle, he told Chad that he'd think about. In the weeks that followed, Chad called and texted my husband every once in awhile; asking if he was still interested. There's a fine line when it comes to being an overbearing salesperson - and Chad never crossed that line. He was very casual yet professional while dealing with us. Upon returning, we decided on purchasing a '12 F-150 Lariat instead of the '10 we were looking at earlier. Our decision was definitely impacted by both Jeff & Chad, but we are ultimately happier with the choice we made. Jilles was also wonderful to deal with. He made my husband & I feel at ease and answered all of our questions in detail. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what our payments were going to be and how all the costs were broken down. Thanks again to Chad, Jeff, & Jilles for all your help in finding me a new truck! More
I recently visited Capital Ford to by a new focus. My salesman Matthew was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and even brought a car to my house for me to test salesman Matthew was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was patient, answered all my questions and took the time to make sure that I was happy with the car I picked. He even found it in the color that I wanted. Blayne also made sure I was happy with everything and made himself available to answer any questions I had. I really appreciate that Martin answered all my questions and was very patient with me even when I e-mailed him numerous times with additional questions and getting him to re-work my financing to see how the payments would be affected. Finally all 3 of them stayed after hours to wait until I could get to the dealership after work to finalize the deal and not once did I feel like they were rushing me or that they were inconvenienced by this. I will definitely recommend Matthew and Capital Ford to family and friends. More

My introduction to Capital Ford Lincoln began with a simple e-mail one night after I seen a truck on their website that interested me. Dianne Smith (Internet Product Specialist) contacted me shortly aft simple e-mail one night after I seen a truck on their website that interested me. Dianne Smith (Internet Product Specialist) contacted me shortly after and we had a discussion about the truck and she provided me with a bi weekly payment quote at this time. I had some additional questions regarding the truck and Dianne introduced me to Blayne Morrow (Sales Manager). Blayne provided me with some additional details about the truck and again worked with me to provide a bi weekly payment quote. After my discussion with Blayne I now had to travel 800 kms. to Regina to view the truck and to meet him in person. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by several friendly employees who guided me to Blayne who introduced me to Brett Holloway (Product Specialist). Brett escorted me to the service area where the truck was sitting in doors after just being washed (nice touch)it looked awesome. Brett suggested we take the truck out for a test drive and during this time he explained in detail all the accessories and how to operate them. He actually set up a few as well which I appreciated. When we arrived back at the dealership I was introduced to Dave Miller (Business Office Manager). Dave assisted me with developing a bi weekly payment plan that worked for me. Dave was very thorough when explaining the breakdown of the total cost of the truck which I really appreciated. There were no surprises and no hidden cost associated with the purchase of the truck which again Dave provided to me. In closing I would personally like to thank Cam and his staff member listed above in assisting me in the purchase of my first (hopefully not last) new truck. In the future you can be guaranteed that if I know someone interested in purchasing a vehicle that I will be recommending CAPITAL FORD LINCOLN as the dealer of choice. Thanks Dagtoff More
I phoned Blayne because I had been turned down by my bank for a car loan. My Focus was totalled by SGI as I had an accident that was not my fault. The service was wonderful. I didn't have to wait very long before someone was there to help me. Kurtis and Rob were both helpful and Brittany was very patient as we went over to the service department t long before someone was there to help me. I don't think most financial people would have walked us over there! The only concern I have (and it DOES NOT reflect on the service I received), is that at the end of the day, my payments were more than what was originally quoted. This was because of the extended warranty and diamond coat package added. We had to get a six year - 200,000 warranty for an extra $4000 because I'm a commuter. Even that amount of mileage isn't going to cover the length of the loan. Sigh!!! More
