I purchased a new F150 and Ryan my salesman was really good to deal with, no pressure, priced out a couple different trucks for me with no complaints and no "how about this one" he found exactly what I wa good to deal with, no pressure, priced out a couple different trucks for me with no complaints and no "how about this one" he found exactly what I wanted, they even brought it in from another dealer because they didn't have the one I wanted on the lot. The finance department was great also, I did all my dealings over the phone as I am from out of town, when the day finally arrived my truck was inside and full of gas waiting for me, after a thorough demonstration of how everything worked I was off. I would recommend Capital Ford to anyone !!!! More

The transition was smooth,it was done in a timely maner.Their was however a problem with no one contacting me to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up after the protection package had been p maner.Their was however a problem with no one contacting me to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up after the protection package had been placed on the truck.I phoned Universal auto-body and they informed me the truck was done by 2:00p.m.. This was after I phoned reception desk and was told there was no keys dropped off, this was at 5:00p.m. My salesperson was not in that day,I was then given Rob Usher office number with which I left a message. No one returned my call. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me the keys were dropped off at the back. Somewhere in all of this there is a problem that needs to be rectified. Thanks, Wilf. More
