The service was wonderful. I didn't have to wait very long before someone was there to help me. Kurtis and Rob were both helpful and Brittany was very patient as we went over to the service department t long before someone was there to help me. I don't think most financial people would have walked us over there! The only concern I have (and it DOES NOT reflect on the service I received), is that at the end of the day, my payments were more than what was originally quoted. This was because of the extended warranty and diamond coat package added. We had to get a six year - 200,000 warranty for an extra $4000 because I'm a commuter. Even that amount of mileage isn't going to cover the length of the loan. Sigh!!! More
