We to Capital Saturday morning which appear to be very busy with lots of customers. We went to the desk where Ryan was and told him what we wanted to see. Ryan was very friendly and informative and answered all our questions. We were on a tight schedule and Ryan accommodated us 100% arranging for a quick test drive and we made a deal on the spot. We felt that Ryan was upfront and honest with us and had their accounting people work with us to make the purchase. We never felt that we were being aggressively pitched too or forced into anything,which we have experienced in the past with other salesman, as Ryan was very down to earth and easy to talk too. We are very happy with our purchase and the excellent service we received from Ryan. More

First accessed the internet for pricing and Dianne Smith was quick and friendly with her response, I met Reid Robertson who had been recommended by two co-workers. I must say it is not often you walk into a dealership and do not feel the pressure sales people - my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experienced and the test drive of the Lincoln MKX was superb. It was short but good visit, to the point and no pressure. The Kurtis is very courteous and helpful. I also appreciated that they let me take the vehicles I test drove for a ride without them in the backseat! The guys (Dave and Kurtis) were very quick to get back to me with answers to my questions. The only thing that was not 'perfect' - was that the truck was not spotless when I came to pick it up. It had been cleaned, but there were a few spots I think that got missed. (around the gear shift was one, and some drips and finger prints on the door.... ) There are a couple of things that still need to be done to my vehicle, adding in a command start and hitch and Kurtis has been very helpful with arranging the work to be done. Generally the experience was very good, and I recommend the dealership highly. More

I am the typical vehicle buyer that dreads going in to deal with salesmen. Here i dealt with Chad and he was extremelly friendly while not putting the sales "pressure" on us that we have experienced at m deal with salesmen. He stated more than once that he wanted us to find the right vehicle for us rather than trying to push a sale through. We were extremely pleased with Chads customer service and professionalism that we have already been recommending your dealership to friends and co-workers. Chad went through the truck along with me trying to find any scratches/chips/dents to ensure the truck was in excellent condition and then arranged for us to test drive the new f150 overnight to ensure it was the right fit for our new family. We were happy to be able to trade in our older car to save us the hassle of offloading it later as well. Our overall experience with capital ford has been extremely pleasant and we will definatly be back to purchase another vehicle when we are in need of it! More

The other two men I worked with (one of which I cannot remember his name and couldn't place him above) were less desirable. The first man, was trying to sell me a pro pac for my vehicle. I felt that he was trying to trick me into purchasing the extras for me vehicle because he mentioned that he was giving me all of the options, but failed to include the option of not recieving what he was selling. Working with Martin left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt that he was impatient, and condescending as well as the fact that he did not mention or ask me how long I wanted to finance the car for, it wasn't until the end of the meeting after all of the paperwork was printed out that he mentioned that it was for 72 months. I felt that he was very pushy especially when it came to extra warranty. I had been planning on getting the extra warranty anyway, but when my mom mentioned that I may not need it, his tone was actually quite rude. If I were basing my experience off of working with Chad I would have given all 5 stars, but working with Martin was not ideal and for that reason, I have rated accordingly. More
