My overall experience with ford lincoln has been very very good, my sales rep Brett Holloway has done a fantastic job on putting me in the nicest ford 150 i've ever driven. Shortly afterwards he picked out a perfect car for my daughter that i had described to him over the phone and also fulfilled my mothers dreams of a new f 150. The ford team has done an excellent job and we are looking forward to doing much more business with them in the future. & thumbs up to Martin Kaytor for doing a fantasic job in the finance department! After several weeks of talking to people via the internet and dealing with salesmen I finally spoke to Tony. I'm sorry I don't remenber other names - I believe one of them was named Danny. I was told by the first person I spoke to before Christmas that I should call back after the holidays. When I called back after the holidays I was told by another salesperson that the vehicle was in the back and he would have to go all the way back there but he would call me back when it turned up on the lot. Well it has been 2 weeks now and guess what - no call! I have had bad experiences with Capital before it moved to the north end of town so I thought I would give them a second chance. I was wrong. I will never deal with Capital and if you care why you can read on and if not you can hit delete. The ad you have for the vehicle was misleading (polite term). It was advertised with an automatic, CD and cassette, tire pressure monitering system and audio controls mounted on the sterring wheel - all false. When this was brought to you attention you updated the ad. When I spoke to you about a cash price you did nothing but offer me the same internet price, when I submitted a request for incentives you sent me a form letter and tips on using household products. You told me the price was inclusive - just GST. When I pressed further all of the other charges came out in addition and the price continued to rise. I wish you had been up front from the start and not have fed me misinformation. The pictures you originally put on the internet were of a US model which closly matched your decription. Perhaps it would have been worth you while to actually look at the SUV before you advertised it. I am not sure why it was in the shop for the time it was. In oder to chaged the wiper blades and turn the rotors should not take as long as it did. The vehicle has not been registered since mid December so either there was a problem or you are telling me volumns about your service department. No I will not buy from you. And I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience. You have demonstrated that nothing has changed in the world of used car sales people. I do hope I will find an honest delership in the future but it will not be Capital. Tracy Brooks More

He provides the right amount of help and sales service without being pushy. He was really sincere and i trust he would never try to steer someone the wrong way or into a car they didn't want. He knows the product really well - for example the specific axle ratio for the vehicle I was looking for, which he knew off the top of his head. His sales manager was really good too, but it would have been nice to deal with Brennan through the entirety of the deal - but I understand that is the sales structure at Capital. Maybe they should make Brennan a sales manager! More

Went into ford dealership monday january 7th to look at a car. We called ahead of time to give a description of a perfect car that suits us, brett had the perfect car picked out in less than a day. I fell in love with the ford focus he had picked out. Martin kaytor was busy on the phone all day trying to make it possible for us to get the car. We waited a few hours around the dealership where everyone was friendly and helpful and then we got the good news after thinking that we weren't going to be able to get the car! It was a long day waiting but so worth it, they put so much work into makoing their costumers happy and its greatly appriciated by me and my entire family as we only buy our cars/trucks from their dealership. Very impressed with their work and friendliness and I think they should be rewarded, or at least know how well liked and appriciated they both are! More
