i have always like ford products and had seen the Escape ad on TV. i wanted something in 4x4 went into capital ford. Customer service at entrance was great, i was approached by sales rep as i had did a ad on TV. i wanted something in 4x4 went into capital ford. Kurtis looked to see what would be my best interest and we proceeded,to see what could be worked out . I guess the only problem i have is that it wasn't pointed out to me I didn't have command start,so am disappointed in that respect,my car had this and being a widow I like to have my car started to be warm. I don't have a garage to keep it in,so it needs to be started ahead of time. I took for granted that will all the electronics on it it would of had command start.So am not pleased with this part. Brett met us just after we arrived at the facility. He was helpful in narrowing down the search. It was a pretty cold day and he prepared two vehicles for test drive.
