The staff were very welcoming upon my arrival, Brett and Blaine were very friendly and quite easy to talk to and deal with. But what I was very impressed with was how Jilles treated me. He was very welcoming and explained in detail my best options for financing. Even though I was not able to finalize a deal, Jilles was very helpful in answering my questions and giving advice. I left the dealership sad because I could not get the vehicle I wanted but I also left excited due mainly because of the expirience of dealing with Jilles. More

I bought the vehicle over the internet. I put a $500 deposit on the car and was told it would be ready to go when I arrived from Saskatoon. Instead we found a scratch on the car, a stone chip on the wi deposit on the car and was told it would be ready to go when I arrived from Saskatoon. Instead we found a scratch on the car, a stone chip on the windshield and the summer tires were still in storage. We had to wait 30 minutes before the car was actually ready before we could go. On the positive side Rob gave us $180 of the cost of the car as he was upset that the car was scratched and dinted on the lot before we took ownership of it. I'm not sure why the rims were taken off the summer tires before I got them? After having time to think about it, I should have been given the rims in the cost as they were already on the tires. Lastly I never pushed the issue about receiving a $25 gift card for a test drive or the $150 coupon off for buying a car off the internet. In retrospect I should of. The people we met in Regina were positive and the buying experience was relatively painless. More
