Having filled out the form it was only a matter of hours before Dianne contacted me, she guided me through the process while all the time keeping me up to date and never leaving me in the dark. After only a couple of days I was in the dealership speaking to Brett, who is one of the best salesman I've had dealings with, he kept me informed at all times, he explained everything to me step by step, was very knowledgeable about the ford product. Jason the led me through the financing package explaining everything there was to explain so I didn't feel out of pocket or as though I was being ripped off. He found the right package for me and my budget and I appreciate all his, Brett's and Diane's work during the whole process. More

The service that I received from Jon and Adrien was the best I think that I have ever had when purchasing a new car or anything else for that matter. It took me a little longer than normal to make my decision, over 2 years to be exact and never once did I feel any pressure from Jon or Adrien. Nor was I ever made to feel that I was a bother to them or driving them nuts! Their knowledge of the product and ability to make sense of everything I needed in a truck was awesome. I used to be in car sales and they did exactly what I would have done to make a deal....they built a relationship with me and made me feel welcome every time that I went into the store. To me there is nothing more important than relationships with people especially when spending the amount of money that my wife and I did on our new truck. There was no question ever in my mind that when we did finally decide to buy something that it would be from Jon and Adrien it was just a matter of when it worked for us. They understood this and made me feel like it was ok to be the slowest buyer in the world! The whole experience was great after the guys and I decided on the numbers then dealing with Martin was also a great experience no pressure and very helpful. Unreal experience working with Ryan and Rob. I visited many other dealerships and by far the friendly non-pressure attitude was a comfortable feeling.
