I have dealt with Capital in the past and was not pleased with the experience, I felt the size of the whole operation was overwhelming and received no follow up from the salesman. The staff were very welcoming upon my arrival, Brett and Blaine were very friendly and quite easy to talk to and deal with. But what I was very impressed with was how Jilles treated me. He was very welcoming and explained in detail my best options for financing. Even though I was not able to finalize a deal, Jilles was very helpful in answering my questions and giving advice. I left the dealership sad because I could not get the vehicle I wanted but I also left excited due mainly because of the expirience of dealing with Jilles. More
