I recently purchased a preowned truck from Capital Ford in Regina using the internet. Once I found the right vehicle I phoned the dealer and was put in touch with Brett Holloway. We negotiated the price over the phone, gave the deposit over the phone to Dave Miller, booked a flight and flew to Regina a few days later where Brett had met me with the truck. I test drove the truck back to the dealer, went in, paid for it and was on my way back to Red Deer with a full tank of gas and the truck, all in the same day!! Kudos to Brett.....he went above and beyond and out of his way by taking a video of the truck and sending it to me. I had to rely on Brett's word of the condition of the truck....needless to say I was not disappointed. Thanks Brett More

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Brennan at Capital Ford, and it won't be my last! Whenever I hear friends or family mentioning buying a vehicle I always point them in his direction. Both times he has been very patient and knowledgeable, making sure all my questions were answered and that I left happy with my purchase, knowking I had made the right decision. I brought in my previous purchase - a 2009 Escape - to trade it in for a 2013 Edge. The entire experience was very easy thanks to both Brennan and Rob. They took the time to make sure I understood everything from the trade value of my old vehicle to the many gadgets on my new one! I went in not 100 per cent sure if I should be trading my vehicle in and moving up to a new one, and left without any doubt that I had made the right choice. This was my first time financing a vehicle through Ford and Brennan and Rob made sure to take the time to explain how everything worked before they sent me to Martin. The entire experience was another pleasant one for me, I don't know a lot about vehicles, but working with Brennan and Rob meant the purchase was stress-free! More
Joe was fabulous to work with. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I was unsure about which vehicle I wanted. It was just as important to him that I find the right vehicle as it was to me. I did some research online after my first visit to the dealership. I was very impressed with Joe's honesty. I knew that I would well taken care of if I bought a car from him. When I picked up my Focus, Joe went through the papers and manuals that came with the car. We went through the car - outside and in - so that I was prepared to drive off the lot. He suggested that I get used to the car and come back in a week or two with my questions and we could go through more of the options. He did stress that if I have any questions, not to hesitate to call him. I will definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was a real pleasure to deal with. More

Having no experience with car problems (and listening to other people tell horror stories about other dealers), I was apprehensive about going back but they really stand behind their vehicles. Jeff and Rob were genuinely upset that I had a problem and insisted that I bring it back in so they could make it right. They made sure that it got over to the service department and fixed. Anyone can sell a vehicle, not everyone stands behind the sale. These are men of their word. It didn’t matter that I hadn’t spent a huge amount of money; they treated me as if I had. They went above and beyond to make it right and make sure that I left as happy with the car as the first time. More
When I went looking for at truck, they paired with off with Nathan Paul. I could not ask for a better Ford rep. I told him what I was looking for, and he the rest.
