There were a couple small problems with the vehicle and they had no problem writing it as a condition of sale for us to book an appt and bring the vehicle back to have these things corrected at no cost to ourselves. So we went away pretty happy that we got our money's worth, the car of my daughter's dreams, and peace of mind that we would be looked after in the future. i wanted to upgrade from my 2011 ford ranger to the 2012 ford f 150 but i needed to do things in my own time and not be pressured into anything , les ring was extreamly helpful with booking test drives and ford f 150 but i needed to do things in my own time and not be pressured into anything , les ring was extreamly helpful with booking test drives and very well informed about the products that they sell , this turned out to be a year long process to get to the point of finding the right truck which turned out to be the 2013 f150 ext cab 4x4 ,the staff never once gave me the feeling of o great hes back and this is a waste of there time , every visit was informative and there was no pressure , i had also been looking at other brands of vehicles compaireing options and price and most other dealerships wanted the vehicle sold right then and there and if not they would walk away to help someone else ,there was no real person to person contact it was a pay cheque to them ,needless to say they lost the sale ,i have in the past recomended this dealership to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future . i thank you all for the great experiance More
