I decided to hold off writing this review for a little bit just to see what the followup service was like and how well the used car held up after driving off the lot (2012 Ford Focus). Almost a month of o bit just to see what the followup service was like and how well the used car held up after driving off the lot (2012 Ford Focus). Almost a month of owning it and 2000km on it later, I'm pleased to say that the experience has been pretty good. I knew exactly the car that I had wanted and had confirmed that Capital Ford had it in stock. Matt, the salesman I dealt with was pretty helpful in fulfilling the more a specific and detailed requests that I had in terms of hunting down information and history about my car. The price of the car was very reasonable compared to what other dealerships were pricing a similar car at. So far, no hidden problems with the car have surfaced in the month of ownership. No buyers remorse has set in and I'm pretty happy with the purchase so far. Follow up service has been pretty good and comprehensive as they were able to provide with the parts that I needed or point me into the direction of where I could get them (I decided to replace the cabin air filter myself, which is simple enough but 3rd party manufacturers have not made a replacement yet). Overall, the experience has been really positive. I was a little skeptical when I saw on dealerating and another review website on the all the high ratings that this dealership has received, but I can honestly say that they've earned it. If my next vehicle is going to be Ford, I will definitely deal with these guys again. More

We were very happy with the Escape that we bought. Ryan, did a wonderful job at explaining all of the models we were looking at. He has been excellent with Customer Service and follow up. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was what we perceived as lack of communication between the Sales Manager and the Finance guy. The Sales Manger went over things and stated that the Finance person would explain some areas in better detail and once we were with the Finance guy, he had assumed that things had been explained to us , so we had to ask him to slow down and explain some things to us. This was in the area of what the ProPack was. Other then that our whole experience was wonderful and we would feel comfortable recomending this dealership to others. More
