This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership, so I was very nervous and unsure of myself heading into the experience. I HIGHLY recommend Derek to any future buyers, as he created a relaxed, comfortable environment, and he was not pushy whatsoever. He does a great job of listening and understanding what you are looking for, and making the best recommendation based on that. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles and works hard to ensure that you understand every feature and aspect of the vehicle and its capabilities. I am very glad I worked with Derek purchasing my vehicle, because it honestly felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from an old buddy. Even after purchasing the vehicle and coming back for pick-up, Derek helped to ensure that everything was finalized and even worked with me to personalize, and give me a tutorial of, all of the features and options of the vehicle. I met with sales manager Jarrod Ursu, who like Derek, ensured that the process of buying a new vehicle was a relaxed, fun and enjoyable experience. They are both very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable of their business, so they are ideal resources if you have any questions. i worked with Darren Hollinger in Financing, who was also very helpful and beneficial in explaining the different financing, warranty and other package options. Again, he created a relaxed atmosphere and listened to what you are looking for to ensure the customer was satisfied. With all three employees showing these traits, my overall opinion of the dealership is fantastic, as I really appreciate the effort they put into listening to the voice of the customer, and being very relaxed and helpful rather than aggressive or pushy. More

The service we received was really good. We were referred to a salesman and he was very attentive to our needs. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was our vehicle was supposed to be detailed b to a salesman and he was very attentive to our needs. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was our vehicle was supposed to be detailed before we picked it up and it was cleaner than it was when we took it out for a test drive but it was as clean as we thought it should have been. In addition, there were a few dings on the vehicle that weren't visible when we took it out for a test drive because of the dirt on the vehicle and we weren't made aware of them before our purchase. All in all, our experience was good. The price was good and the service was accommodating. We would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I looked around and when I got to Capital Ford Lincoln, Jonathan Barabash's friendly unpretentious manner quickly set me at ease. He never once gave me the sense that he was talking down at me or impatient and the litmus test was handling my super expressive friend "Lucia". He did so with ease! Jonathan got what I wanted straight away and answered all the questions my friend and I had. I had had a Toyota Rav 4 in mind...told him my budget and we test drove a Ford Escape and I looooved it!! Darren Hollinger was great about explaining the financials and insurance, being new to the country that was so appreciated and he was so gracious about alterations I wanted. Adrien Dennis was interesting and when chatting with Jonathan and him, I got a better sense of the car and the really cool thing is I felt no pressure from them for me to buy. I would most definitely recommend Capital Ford Lincoln and recommend they work with Jonathan coz they helped transform a seemingly daunting task into a really simple and clear one. I had a fantastic experience buying my 2013 Ford Fiesta from Joe. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. He did however explain everything about the car in a language I could understand - it's very clear Joe is extremely knowledgable about the cars he sells. Once I made my decision, Joe personally drove to Yorkton to pick up my Fiesta for me from another dealership. He kept me informed the whole time, letting me know when he got it and everything. Once back in the city I headed over to the dealership to take a look at the car. We went for a test drive, and I signed the papers. After that he took the time to sit in the car with me and sync my Iphone to the car, explain all the buttons, and how bluetooth works. All in all, I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and I'm glad I have someone who I feel comfortable enough going to if I have any problems. I would recommend Joe to anyone who is looking to make a smooth, informed purchase. More
