My experience was at Capital Ford went really well. All the guys that helped me throughout the day were very helpful and understanding. Even thought it took me all day to decide and they had to pull and price out many vehicles; not once did I get the impression that anyone was annoyed or frustrated in how long it took me to decide. I have never had anyone go over a vehicle with me, show me all the features, etc so was very very impressed by the extra little bit of time they spent with me; however made such an impact on how impressed I was with the dealership. It's the little things that sometimes go the farthest. Also, very impressed and thankful that they have invited me back in a couple weeks to do a full cleaning of my vehicle since they were unable to get to it that day. I live out of town and wanted to take my new ride home the same day; but they have promised to clean it at a later date so it is like brand new. More

When I walked in the delearship with my friend, i felt special with seeing my name up on the screen and when Derek started his part of showing me to my car, i was really impressed and sold. He by far has offered me the best customer experience i have had in any organisation. he was really patient and i didnt realise when time passed with him. he was that homely. finally when he passed me on to Jarrod the sales manager, he was not the typical salesman u see in a car dealership. he sealed the deal and i drove away the next day with my car.
