I was just browsing a the Ford Edges and Matthew came to help me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and forthcoming with any and all information he knew about the Edge, its features, help me. I enjoyed working with him quite a bit. I wanted the vehicle in white and Capital didn't have any so Matthew called around the province to find me the one I wanted. He was great. He also bought me floor matts as a baby gift as when I bought the Edge I was only one week away from the arrival of my baby girl. After selecting vehicle, he introduce me to Adrein Denis. Adrein is Sales Manager, he is another wonderful person capital ford has. He helped towards pricing and sale process. He never pressured me for any sale, he also gave me best deal possible. I am impress how Capital ford operates. I already referred a friend and he also bought 2012 ford fusion from there. I really like Capital Ford, I will be definitely going back for any future vehicle purchase and I am definitely going to refer Capital Ford to my friends and family. Buying a vehicle should be fun. However, once you start looking, you realize sales people can be pushy and actually rude in some instances. At another dealership (Capital GMC), there was a salesman who ma looking, you realize sales people can be pushy and actually rude in some instances. At another dealership (Capital GMC), there was a salesman who made fun of his co-worker as I was looking for a vehicle. It was one of the most awkward situations I've been put in. Another dealership (Wheaton Chev) had the price marked wrong on a vehicle and never bothered to call me back to say they had made a mistake when I called about the vehicle. I had to look on the website to find out. At this dealership, I never felt any pressure to buy the vehicle. They took time to explain everything to me. Ryan was easy to deal with and ensured that everything was taken care of. Jilles did my financing and he is probably the best person I have ever dealt with when it comes to money (including banks). He explained things very well and made sure I was getting the payments I wanted. I would highly suggest this dealership, not only for their great staff but for their prices as well. More
This was a return visit to Capital Ford to see Craig as we had purchased a new Ford F150 in January and were so pleased with the service we got , we returned when it was time to trade in out Pathfinder and we had purchased a new Ford F150 in January and were so pleased with the service we got , we returned when it was time to trade in out Pathfinder and get another vehicle. We went with intentions of just looking to see what I liked and was leaning towards a Focus or a Fusion and ended up buyting something else. I looked at the C-Max Hybrid adn imediately liked the ease of entry, the look and the attributes of this Hybrid. Took it for a test drive and fell in love ... took out a Fusion as well, and not so much! Craid was never pushy or never once rushed us into our decision, but I liked the C-Max so much that within a few days ... she was mine! Even though it did not have all the features I originally wanted in a new vehicle ... what it did come with was just as good! Craid was not to familiar with the attributes of the Hybrid since it was so new, but when we returned the next day to take for another test drive he had done extensive research and was able to tell me way more features and benefits of the C-Max! Since our purchase if I have had any little question ... Craig is right there to answer them or find th esnaser for me. Amazing service by all those involved in my new Hybrid purchase and would definatley recomend Craig, Jeff and Jilles and Capital Ford to anyone! More
