I went in to look at used trucks. I left with a brand new truck that was the same payments I had planned for the used one. I went to Capital Ford Lincoln looking for my first car. I told Jon what I was looking for and what my budget was and he listened. The first car I was interested in didn't work out, but as soon as another I told Jon what I was looking for and what my budget was and he listened. He provided excellent customer service in a very friendly manner and worked with me in finding what I really wanted and could afford as opposed to "pushing" a sale on me like so many other dealerships.
