I ended up getting a much better deal at Capital Ford Lincoln than the other Ford dealership was willing to go to, and even after purchasing my 2013 Ford Focus from Capital Ford, the other Ford dealership still hassles me about the other car I tested. I have been shopping for a long time for a vehicle and have visited 6+ dealerships. I recently visited Capitol Ford with my son to search for a car for him to commute to work and back. The whole experience was great from the time we walked through the door. The staff was friendly and professional and weren't pushy, finding a vehicle that was in my sons budget was easy and there knowledge of the product line was great. One thing I wasn't expecting though, was when we left I was driving a new Fusion Titanium myself, just love it. My Son love's his new Ford Fiesta also, what a great fun little car. Initially they did not bring my truck I wanted in for my appointment (Brent Shroader didn't) so I had a lot of waiting around when I first came in. This is why the rating in some areas is lower.
