Brett was a ford escape expert, he knew all the features and options available, and what they had in stock or was available to bring in. They were very accomodating as I live in another city. Have dealt with Jeff on several occasions, he has always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and understands that we don't have a lot of time when at the dealership and doesnt waste our time. Very knowledgable about the vehicle, didnt waste our time. He let us take the vehicle home to see if luggage fit...it did. We were in and out quickly. Has followed up with us after the sale and gets back to the emails we send him very quickly. We leased the vehicle so dealt with Martin...great guy...especially since he is a Denver Bronco fan...I think your dealership should buy more broncos stuff for him...he doesnt have enough. On Friday, I recommended a co-worker to go to Jeff. Said he would treat her well. She was looking at the Escape as well. Shes off this week so not sure if she went this past weekend or not. Although I am getting a little PO'ed about this fricken form...have tried submitting 3 times and keeps coming back with errors. If it comes back with errors (ie. postal code) it wipes out a bunch of other fields in the process. Will try one more time...if it doesnt work I give up. More
