I came in looking for a truck, I was seriously considering going over to a Gmc. After two days of dealing with the GMC people I came back to Ford and talked with Les. He answered all my questions, he gave me insight to my needs and he showed me the patience in letting me look, drive, ask, look again, drive again, and decide what worked best for me. The staff around the building were all helpful as I wandered around getting in and out of different trucks. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable or that I was using up valuable time making a decision. Something I felt very strongly as I wandering around the trucks at GMC. I have always driven a Ford , I have always bought from your dealership. This time I thought I would venture out of my comfort zone and try something new… only to find the experience not to my liking and reminded me once again why I keep coming back to Capitol Ford.
