Disapointed with Capital Ford is the reason for my rating .My son and I went to test drive a 2013 Ford Fusion ,the so called test drive was a joke . The sales person insisted on coming along and became the G .My son and I went to test drive a 2013 Ford Fusion ,the so called test drive was a joke . The sales person insisted on coming along and became the GPS with turn by turn navigation . This is the second time this has happened ,however my son and I went to Bennet Dunlop ,they gave us the keys and told us to make sure the car felt right . After a 30 minute proper test drive we purchased a new blue 2013 Ford Fusion at Bennet . I have purchased 3 vehicles from Capital G.M but likely will never set foot in Capital Ford again . Wondering why Capital Ford is so strange ?????? More

When I first talked to Christina Befurt over the phone . she was a happy spunky lady and so willing to help me . I couldn't wait to get into Regina to meet her and buy my new car. when I finally did get she was a happy spunky lady and so willing to help me . I came in looking for a truck, I was seriously considering going over to a Gmc. After two days of dealing with the GMC people I came back to Ford and talked with Les. He answered all my questions, he gave me insight to my needs and he showed me the patience in letting me look, drive, ask, look again, drive again, and decide what worked best for me. The staff around the building were all helpful as I wandered around getting in and out of different trucks. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable or that I was using up valuable time making a decision. Something I felt very strongly as I wandering around the trucks at GMC. I have always driven a Ford , I have always bought from your dealership. This time I thought I would venture out of my comfort zone and try something new… only to find the experience not to my liking and reminded me once again why I keep coming back to Capitol Ford.
