I purchased my 2008 Escape in 2010 from Capital Ford and It was a no brainer to go back this time for my 2014 Explorer. Adrien and Michael were amazing! They received pop and popcorn and were taken to the tv room as well allowed to color. They had a blast! Made our visit a lot less stressful having them looked after. Along with myself for my vehicle. If you have kids and have to take them to any dealership, Capital Ford Lincoln is the place to go! I would not choose to go anywhere else for my vehicles. They were really amazing. They made everything easy and made sure I was well taken care of in my needs for a new vehicle. It does not normally take that long but we had circumstances that made it a little of a longer process. Scott is a deadly salesman- really good for test drives and respected that pace at which I made my decision. Things got sketchy after I made my decision, when Blayne apparently made mistakes that resul and respected that pace at which I made my decision. Things got sketchy after I made my decision, when Blayne apparently made mistakes that resulted in a higher price AFTER I had agreed to buy the truck. The finance guy also came back with a high interest rate than originally agreed upon. Accidents happen, but this seriously fit the bill for a dodgy move by a greasy car salesman... I am a pretty forgiving guy, but a simple shrug of the shoulders with a quick apology came off as inadequate. Two days after purchasing the truck I noticed that the driver side door was rattling so I booked it in for service but they failed to resolve the problem. I will rebook and give them a second chance to make my brand new truck feel like a brand new truck, but the whole thing is further souring what started off as a really good experience. More
