Scott is a deadly salesman- really good for test drives and respected that pace at which I made my decision. The finance guy also came back with a high interest rate than originally agreed upon. Accidents happen, but this seriously fit the bill for a dodgy move by a greasy car salesman... I am a pretty forgiving guy, but a simple shrug of the shoulders with a quick apology came off as inadequate. Two days after purchasing the truck I noticed that the driver side door was rattling so I booked it in for service but they failed to resolve the problem. I will rebook and give them a second chance to make my brand new truck feel like a brand new truck, but the whole thing is further souring what started off as a really good experience. More
