My vehicle was damaged after colliding with a deer on the highway. My partner was quite certain it would be written off by SGI because of the high miles so we started searching consumer reviews and comparin highway. I commute to work putting on 150km daily. We live 3.5 miles off pavement so an AWD vehicle in the winter is a must. I wanted reliability, good fuel mileage and AWD capability. Everything else is bells and whistles - nice but not necessary. After quite a few hours of research, we decided to test drive a Ford Escape and a Honda CRV. The Escape won hands down for quiet ride and comfort and overall looks but the attention we received from Jonathan and Adrien receives a ton of weight! The overall experience at Capital Ford was far superior, despite the young fellow at the Regina Honda dealership doing a good job. Friendly, informative and no rush or pressure. Martin handled the financing expertly. The day I picked up my new vehicle, Jonathan provided excellent teaching regarding the overall operation of the numerous "perks" and I felt confident enough to drive home on somewhat icy highways in an unfamiliar vehicle partly based on his assurances of the vehicle's safety and sensing capacity to switch to AWD as necessary. I am quite sure that when the time comes to take the Escape in for warranty checks or service, the service department will deliver the same friendly and competent service that I had with Jonathan Barabash, Adrien Denis and Martin Kaytor. I have already mentioned my wonderful experience to several friends who are shopping around for different vehicles. More
