My wife and I came into the dealership after we came back from Saskatoon. We just wanted to inquire about there trade and upgrade event. The transition was very professional and a much better experience then a previous dealership we had dealt with. They answered all our questions and in a little over 3 hrs we left the lot with a brand new truck. More

Great dealing truck I bought new had some minor problems I wasn't satisfied with. Scott and Blaine worked with me and found a truck similar to mine with a few more options then the original one. I purchased my 2008 Escape in 2010 from Capital Ford and It was a no brainer to go back this time for my 2014 Explorer. Adrien and Michael were amazing! My husband and I along with our 3 boys spent 5 hours It was a no brainer to go back this time for my 2014 Explorer. Adrien and Michael were amazing! My husband and I along with our 3 boys spent 5 hours at the Dealership on a Saturday. Michael and Adrien made sure our boys were happy and entertained. They received pop and popcorn and were taken to the tv room as well allowed to color. They had a blast! Made our visit a lot less stressful having them looked after. Along with myself for my vehicle. If you have kids and have to take them to any dealership, Capital Ford Lincoln is the place to go! I would not choose to go anywhere else for my vehicles. They were really amazing.
