We just brought home our brand new 2014 Ford F-150 xlt 4x4! OMG I love it!! The service we received from our salesman was top notch~he explained everything and answered all of our questions. He went thru all the details of the truck and showed us all we needed, took us over to get it registered and made sure we were totally satisfied before we left! The finance team was amazing!! I can't say enough of how pleased I was when we were approved and actually for the first time had all the details explained to us and he made sure we knew what was needed or not needed~~I think he went out of his way to get this deal done and made it very personal for him, which I think is just awesome!! i came in here to trade in my ford escape 08 into something newer and fancier. i met with joe who took me on two test drives. i had reservations about the first car and i was impressed when he did no something newer and fancier. i met with joe who took me on two test drives. i had reservations about the first car and i was impressed when he did not try to push it on me even though it would have been a "greater" sale in value but rather he acknowledged my fears and we took another car for a spin and i was sold! the experience i had with joe was awesome and i was glad i worked with him! then i went on to meet Jarrod (for the second time as i bough my escape from here! i tried to squeeze him as much as i could but he won in the end! lol). As always it was a pleasure working with Jarrod who then passed me on the the finance manager which was an equally good experience! I went to the dealership with the understanding that I was going to test drive a 2013 Ford Escape as I had been sent the specs on this particular vehicle by the internet department. Upon arriving and ind was going to test drive a 2013 Ford Escape as I had been sent the specs on this particular vehicle by the internet department. Upon arriving and indicating to Irv that is what I was there to test drive I found out that this particular vehicle was not available for test driving as it was in the shop waiting for repairs and wouldn't be available to test drive for 2-3 weeks. I was very disappointed to say the least. However, Irv was fantastic and I was able to go home with my 2013 Ford Edge. I also wanted to mention 2 other things that I was not impressed about. First being that Irv was not aware of what vehicle I was interested in and secondly the process took very long. I was at the dealership from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thirdly I also wanted to mention that after spending over $30K I could at least been given some sort of Ford Swag as a token of appreciation.
