He didn't try to pressure me and he was willing to answer any questions I had. The car was not equipped as I wanted and Brett was able to make changes to it to make the sale. Dave was recommended to me by a family friend, so going into this experience I was already very comfortable. Not only this, but he also made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered through the whole experience. When we originally contacted the dealership using your on-line service, we did not get confirmation of our appointment as requested. We finally received assistance and our assigned salesman arrived. From that point on things did get better, Ryan was very easy to talk to and was very attentive to providing good customer service.
