Spent an awesdome afternoon with John Barabash and Cam Bottrel working through buying a 2014 Escape. I met Les Ring in 2009 when I was looking for a new vehicle. At that time I purchased a 2010 Fusion which I was very pleased with. In fact all of the staff we encountered in our visits to Capital Ford were polite, friendly and ready to help. I had made several phone calls to Les during the time we were in our decision making process at home and was pleased with how polite and quick the receptionist was in connecting me with Les. Previously we had purchased a GMC truck and I found the whole process there insulting and more of a con game than respectful of buyers for a serious purchase. I am happy to say I have never felt or been treated that way at Capital Ford. More
