Spent an awesdome afternoon with John Barabash and Cam Bottrel working through buying a 2014 Escape. Everything was put together in obnly 4 hours including the purchase, a trade and all insurance requirements (John drove me to Knight Archer who was also excellent to deal with) and I drove away without my old clunker and with a beautiful new vehicle. I met Les Ring in 2009 when I was looking for a new vehicle. At that time I purchased a 2010 Fusion which I was very pleased with. We met with Martin Kaytor to finalize the purchase and he made the process pleasant and enjoyable. In fact all of the staff we encountered in our visits to Capital Ford were polite, friendly and ready to help. I had made several phone calls to Les during the time we were in our decision making process at home and was pleased with how polite and quick the receptionist was in connecting me with Les. Previously we had purchased a GMC truck and I found the whole process there insulting and more of a con game than respectful of buyers for a serious purchase. I am happy to say I have never felt or been treated that way at Capital Ford. More
